The Château's rates assume a base:

Additional rooms can be hired. This allows you to increase the basic capacity of the Château. Up to 8 additional rooms can be rented in the Château. It is also possible to rent 10 extra beds to be placed in the rooms.
Maximum capacity of the Château: 26 rooms (47 people including extra rooms and extra beds)

It is also possible to rent additional rooms in the Écurie (see rates Écurie). Please note: additional rooms in the Écurie can only be rented when all additional rooms in the Château have been rented. Extra: if all extra rooms in the Château are rented during one week, the rate for the Great Hall in the Écurie will be cancelled, valid until December 31st 2024.
Pricelist
Starting in 2025, prices will increase by 10% due to rising inflation. While inflation is higher, we’ve chosen to only pass on a portion of this increase to our valued guests. Thank you for your understanding.

High season policy
Starting in 2025, we are introducing a new policy for the high season. To make bookings fairer and more logical for all groups, we are introducing a standard price for Chateau Basis during the high season. This means that the mandatory rental of extra rooms is no longer required. The prices below include a 10% inflation adjustment, effective from January 1, 2025.
High Season Weekend: €4,500.00 (previously €4,120.00)
High Season Week: €6,000.00 (previously €6,580.00)
Note:
The prices mentioned are for Chateau Basis and do not include the 8 extra rooms, which can be booked separately if desired. These additional rooms are available at the same prices as in the low season.
Note:
When renting the Grand Hall, starting from January 1, 2025, it must always be paid for, even if all 8 extra rooms are rented. The policy that offered the Grand Hall for free when booking all extra rooms will no longer apply.

Calculation aid: for a rental period of one week and an occupancy of 30 persons, the total average costs are around € 27.50 per person per night (2024).
Including
Linen is included in the price. Upon arrival, the beds are made and there is a towel set ready, as well as ecological hand soap and shower gel. Toilet paper is provided
Kitchen linen cleaning products, 35 pieces of sauna towels are provided.
If more sauna towels are consumed than the number of guests, they can be rented in addition for €5.00 each.
All cleaning costs are included in the price if everything is left as instructed. If additional (cleaning) work needs to be carried out that was actually the tenant's responsibility, we charge €35.00 per hour.
Excluding
Energy consumption: meter readings are taken on arrival and departure. Energy rates are in line with market prices. The rates per unit are: electricity €0.45, gas €0.85 and oil €0.90 excluding 21% VAT (price per 1 January 2024).
VAT: 90% of the total rental amount falls under low rate: 6%.
The activity rooms fall under the 0% rate.
Other costs are charged according to high rate: 21%.
Visitors: for persons staying outside the accommodation but using the Domain's facilities during the rental period, a daily fee of €10.00 will be charged.
